The 24rd annual “Run for the Honeywagon” races took place under sunny skies in Everson this year. There were 68 who ran the 4 mile race and 86 who ran the ˝ marathon.
The four mile was won by John Collins (M) in a time of 21:43 and Cari Kuzyk (F) in a time of 22:42. James Hudson (M) won the ˝ marathon in 1:16:46 and Marti Reimer (F) in 1:26:34. An eager group of youngsters led off the races with the fun run around the school grounds with Per Wolfisberg winning in a time of 1:55.
