Bylaws:
The board members discussed and tentatively approved bylaws for the GBRC. New bylaws are necessary for our club to become a 503-c non-profit corporation. Bill will print the designated changes to the bylaws as approved by the board. He will distribute the new bylaws at the next meeting.
Next meeting: Monday, November 24, 7PM at the Food Coop Annex. All members are encouraged to attend.
