Website: Rick distributed website statistics since the change to web host iPower. Discussion of what data is most informative to the board and how often it should be presented was held.

Bill discussed the possibility of doing a survey regarding the website. He hopes to put the survey on the website and possibly have a survey available at the holiday party. Bill also said that e-mail communication for the club's track and trail runs has been quite successful. He would like to expand that to include race and social information to increase awareness and participation.

Rick reported that GBRC license for website name is up for renewal in January. Board agreed we should renew for maximum time allowed which is 9 years.

Events: Mary reported that Holiday party is on 12/7/03 and that a postcard had been sent to all members.

Old Business

New Business:
Len reported that Paul Ricci is interested in participating in the Tateyama Marathon in Japan as part of the Bellingham Sister City Association in January 2004. Discussion of sponsoring individuals for such events versus making contributions to "not for profit" organizations was held. Bill will contact the BSCA to find out if a donation to them could be specifically designated for an individual.

Next meeting will be held on Monday January 19th at 7 PM. Location to be determined. All members are welcome.
